What currency do you use?

Prices display in pounds sterling (GBP) by default. Use the header currency selector to switch to US dollars (USD); checkout shows the selected order currency.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver worldwide. Delivery is approximately £11.20 or $14.95, or free when the merchandise subtotal reaches approximately £150 or $200.

How long will my order take?

Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days. Customs or carrier delays can affect the estimate.

Will I pay customs duties?

The recipient is responsible for import duties, local taxes and clearance charges not collected at checkout.

How do I choose a size?

Use the labelled sizes and fit notes on the product page together with our Size Guide. Contact support@csolney.shop for help before ordering.

Can I return an item?

Eligible unworn, unwashed and tagged items can be returned within 30 days after delivery. Change-of-mind return delivery is paid by the customer.

What if an item is wrong or damaged?

Contact us promptly with the order number and photographs where useful. We will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law.
