Worldwide delivery

We deliver worldwide to destinations offered at checkout. Prices display in pounds sterling (GBP) by default and can be switched to US dollars (USD). Delivery is approximately £11.20 or $14.95 when the merchandise subtotal is below approximately £150 or $200. Delivery is free when the displayed threshold is reached. Converted GBP amounts follow the store exchange rate and may change.

Delivery estimate

Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days. The estimate includes normal order processing and transit but is not a guaranteed arrival date. Customs, carrier disruption, weather and other events outside our reasonable control can cause delay.

Dispatch and tracking

When tracking is available, we send it to the email address supplied with the order. Orders containing more than one item may arrive in separate parcels without an additional delivery charge.

Address accuracy

Please check the delivery name, address and contact details before ordering. Contact support@csolney.shop promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee a change after dispatch.

Import duties and local taxes

The recipient is responsible for import duties, local taxes and clearance fees not collected by us at checkout. These amounts are set by the destination authorities and are not included in the displayed delivery charge. If checkout states that a charge has been collected, that statement controls.

Delays and missing parcels

If delivery is materially delayed or tracking shows a problem, contact us with the order number and delivery postcode so we can investigate. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
