These terms apply to purchases from csolney, operated by COUNTRY & STABLE OF OLNEY LIMITED, company number 07899150, registered in England and Wales. Products and availability

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings and photography can affect colour appearance. Product materials, sizes and care information are shown where verified. Availability is not guaranteed until we accept an order.

Prices and payment

Store prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) by default. Shoppers may switch to US dollars (USD), and the selected order currency and final amount are shown before the order is placed. Worldwide delivery is approximately £11.20 or $14.95 and becomes free when the merchandise subtotal reaches approximately £150 or $200. Converted GBP amounts follow the store exchange rate and may change. Import duties, local taxes and clearance charges not collected at checkout are the recipient’s responsibility. Only payment methods available at checkout are accepted.

Order acceptance

An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of an order but not acceptance. A contract is formed when we send an acceptance or dispatch confirmation. If we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and refund any amount taken.

Delivery

We deliver worldwide. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days. Estimates are not guarantees where customs, carrier disruption, weather or events outside our reasonable control cause delay. Unless agreed otherwise, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within any mandatory legal period.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Eligible unworn items may be returned within 30 days after delivery under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Consumers also retain any mandatory cancellation and conformity rights available where they live. Nothing in these terms limits rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.

Your responsibilities

You must provide an accurate delivery address, review customs obligations for the destination and use the website lawfully. You must not interfere with website security, misuse content or place fraudulent orders.

Our liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses suffered by a consumer.

Intellectual property

Website text, csolney branding, graphics and original content are owned by us or used under licence. You may use the website for personal shopping but may not reproduce or exploit its content without permission.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. A consumer resident elsewhere retains mandatory protections available under the law of their residence and any right to use their local courts.
